OVERVIEW
The Amethyst Byakko is a special katana made from strong manganese steel. The blade has a beautiful blue-purple color, which comes from a careful heating process that makes it both pretty and tough. It can bend 90 degrees without breaking and stays hard at 60 HRC, so it can cut through iron without getting dull.
The katana is 103 centimeters long, with a blade that is 71 centimeters and a handle that is 26.5 centimeters. It weighs 1.26 kilograms and has a 3.2-centimeter wide blade. It also comes with a nice wooden sheath and stylish fittings.
