OVERVIEW
The Yumobana, or "Dreaming Rose," is a special katana that shows the rich history of Japanese sword-making. It is made from strong manganese steel and has a unique "Thunder Pattern" finish that looks beautiful and is very strong. The blade is very hard, rated at 60 HRC, and can bend 90 degrees without breaking.
The katana is 103 centimeters long overall, with a blade that is 71 centimeters long, a handle that is 26.5 centimeters long, and a blade width of 3.2 centimeters. The tsuba is made from pure copper, and the wooden scabbard is nicely painted with detailed designs that show the skill of its time.
