OVERVIEW
The Kikawa Tachi is a great example of traditional Japanese sword-making. Made from strong manganese steel, this sword can bend 90 degrees without losing its shape. The blade goes through an old blueing process that makes it look good and work well. It has a hardness rating of 60 HRC, and the edge is carefully sharpened by hand using a special grinding method, making it very sharp and able to cut tough materials without damage. The sword is 104 centimeters long, with a blade that is 71 centimeters long, a handle that is 27 centimeters long, and a width of 3.2 centimeters. Its design shows the rich history of samurai weapons.
