The tanto is 55 cm long in total, with a 33 cm blade, a 17 cm handle, a blade width of 3.2 cm, and a thickness of 0.6 cm, weighing about 0.8 kg.
The blade's surface is polished through 17 careful steps, using the Japanese technique called san-saku, which makes it look beautiful and work well.
