OVERVIEW
Tenkan Shinki is a special tanto made from T10 steel, known for being very hard and strong. The blade is 33 cm long and shows traditional methods of clay tempering and water quenching, creating a beautiful hamon pattern that looks like flowing water. The whole weapon is 55 cm long and represents the rich history of Japanese sword-making. It has a shiny surface that comes from 17 careful steps of hand finishing. The blade is 3.2 cm wide and 0.6 cm thick, and it has a detailed copper tsuba that shows the skill of the craftsmen of that time. Tenkan Shinki is a great example of samurai tradition, combining use and beauty.
