OVERVIEW
'Yuki Mai' is a beautifully made katana that shows the art of traditional Japanese sword-making. It is made from strong manganese steel, which makes it tough and able to keep its shape even after bending 90 degrees. The blade has a special blue finish and a sharp edge with a unique flame pattern, making it very hard at 60 HRC. This hardness lets it cut through iron without getting dull, so it can slice bamboo as easily as cutting vegetables.
The katana is 103 centimeters long, with a 71-centimeter blade, a 26-centimeter handle, and a 3.2-centimeter blade width. Every detail, from the carefully carved iron guard to the beautiful wooden sheath, shows the skill and care of its makers, making 'Yuki Mai' a proud symbol of samurai swords.
