The knife is made using an old technique called Sanmai. The core of the blade is made from strong T10 steel, making it sharp and tough. The blade's surface has a nice texture, created through fifteen careful hand-grinding steps. The handle is covered with beautiful pearl fish skin, wrapped by hand.
