OVERVIEW
Shokan is a beautiful tanto made from T10 steel, showing the skill of traditional Japanese sword-making. It is 55 cm long in total, with a 33 cm blade. This tanto has a special groove called a 'hi' that makes it look great and work well.
Using old methods like clay tempering and water quenching, the blade becomes very hard and strong. The blade is 3.2 cm wide and 0.6 cm thick. The handle is 17 cm long, designed for comfort and control, and has pure copper fittings that show great craftsmanship.
