OVERVIEW
The Yukitsuki is a finely made tanto, showing the rich history of Japanese sword-making. This 12-inch blade is made of beautiful Damascus steel. The steel is created by folding and hammering it many times, making it very strong with a hardness of 60 HRC. The blade can handle tough use and can bend at a 90-degree angle but will go back to its original shape.
The Yukitsuki is 55 centimeters long in total. The blade itself is 33 centimeters long, and the handle is 17 centimeters. It is 3.2 centimeters wide and weighs about 0.72 kilograms, giving it a nice balance for both display and use. The sword has a zinc alloy fitting and a lovely lacquered scabbard with detailed designs, showing the skill and art of traditional Japanese sword-making.
